Rates/Policies

Hours of operation are 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

After hours and holidays are available upon request. (Please note that off-hour rates will incur a surcharge of $5-$25/hour depending on time, quantity of errands, etc.)

Typically, our rate is $25 for the first hour and $10 in 1/2 hour increments thereafter.

There is a one hour minimum for each service.

Service rates begin at the clients' home or business if within the service area.

Any travel over 20 miles will be billed at .45/mile.

Rates reflect charges for services only and do not include the cost of your purchases or outside vendor services.

Payment is due at time of delivery or completion of service, unless otherwise specified.

Monthly packages are paid in advance.

Monthly packages must be used within 30 days from the initiation of service. (Please note that unused hours are not refundable or reusable.)

We accept cash, check or money orders made payable to Eclipse Errands.

There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Cancellation of services must be done at least 24 hours in advance or a $15 fee will be assessed.

Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any persons. (No exceptions can be made. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Services requiring the transportation of pets require a suitable pet carrier to be provided by the client.

First-time customers are required to pre-pay any third-party fees.

New clients and seniors receive a 10% discount.
